We are excited to announce that we have started a Client Referral Program. Over the years our friends and clients have played a valuable role in our success by recommending our services to their friends, relatives, and colleagues. To show our appreciation we will be rewarding each referral that results in a new project. Here is how it works:
- Refer one friend and when they have settled on their new home or addition you will be sent $350.00
- Refer a second friend and when they settle you receive $550.00
- 3rd and additional friends referred, get you $750.00/each when they settle.
- If you are a previous client of Custom Home Group, and you wish to build a new home or addition, you can refer yourself and you would receive $1,000.00 towards closing costs when you settle on your new home.

Conditions:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- The referred friend must supply your information: Name, Address, phone, e-mail, etc. at the first meeting w/ Custom Home Group on the Referral Form.
- Employees and Listing Agents of Custom Home Group, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.
- The recipient is responsible for all local, county, state and federal taxes on any "referral fees" given as a result of this program. In the event "referral fees" exceed $599.99 U.S. dollars over the course of one calendar year from January 1 through December 31, Custom Home Group will require tax identification forms to be signed and returned to Custom Home Group prior to any "referral fees" being paid.
- Receive an unlimited number of "referral fees" however no more than one "referral fee" will be paid for each friend or relative referred.
- Custom Home Group may terminate this program at any time. Custom Home Group may deny any request for payment of "referral fees" for any reason.
- This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void, where prohibited. Some restrictions may apply.
